Thanks for visiting DaySchedule! DaySchedule (DaySchedule, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. When it comes to your personal information, we believe in transparency, not surprises. That’s why we’ve set out here what personal information we collect, what we do with it and your choices and rights.

DaySchedule is a product of Agenty Analytics Pvt. Ltd., with its registered address 48, 1st Floor, Omaxe Galleria - Sector 14, Bahadurgarh (Haryana) in India having company registration no. U72900HR2018PTC072172

By using any of DaySchedule Services, you confirm you have agreed to the Terms of Service and read and understand this Privacy Policy.


Some key terms

In our Privacy Policy, when we refer to “Users”, we mean our customers who use our Software/Services, including visitors to our sites. We explain who we are in the “Who is DaySchedule?” section below. The users, visitors and customers of our sites are “End Users”. Any other capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings in our Terms of Service.


How does this Privacy Policy apply?

This Privacy Policy describes what we do with personal information that we collect and use for our own purposes (i.e., where we are a controller), such as your account information and information about how you use and interact with our Services, including information you submit to our customer support as well as certain information relating to End Users. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information of our employees or job applicants (except to the extent employees or job applicants are Users).


Personal information we collect

We collect certain personal information from Users to facilitate the appointment scheduling process. This may include the User's name, contact details (email address, phone number), and any additional information required for scheduling purposes.

  • Information you provide to create an Account, specifically name, email address and your company name. If you sign up for Paid Services, we receive a portion of your payment information from our payment processor (such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date of the payment card) and we ask you to select your jurisdiction.

  • Your marketing preferences for email subscription

  • The emails and other communications that you send us or otherwise contribute, such as customer support inquiries or posts to our customer support software or forums. Please be aware that information on public parts of our sites is available to others.

  • Information you share with us in connection with surveys, contests or promotions.

  • Information from your use of the Services or Users’ sites. This includes: IP addresses, preferences, web pages you visited prior to coming to our or our Users’ sites, information about your browser, network or device (such as browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, preference settings, unique device IDs and language and other regional settings), information about how you interact with the Services and our Users’ sites (such as timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, searches, transactions, referral pages, load times, and problems you may encounter, such as loading errors).

  • Information we get from our partners to support our marketing initiatives, improve our Services and better monitor, manage and measure our ad campaigns, such as details about when a partner shows you one of our ads via their advertising platform.

  • Other information you submit to us directly or through Third Party Services if you use a Third Party Service to create an Account (based on your privacy settings with such Third Party Service).


How we collect personal information

The personal information is collected from various sources. We do this in three main ways:

  • You provide some of it directly (such as byregistering for an Account).

  • We record some of it automatically when you use our Services or Users’ sites (including with technologies like cookies).

  • We receive some of it from third parties (like when you register for an account using a Third Party Service or when you make payments to us using our payment processor).


How we protect your personal information

We prioritize the security and protection of User information. We employ reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of personal information by:

  • Keeping our records secure.
  • Having up to date computer security such as passwords, encryption and firewalls.
  • Encrypting the passwords and tokens with advanced algorithms.

How we use your information

At DaySchedule, we will never sell your collected personal information to third parties. The personal information collected from Users is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and managing appointments. We may use the provided contact details to communicate important appointment-related information, updates, and reminders.


Update your personal information

DaySchedule will do its best to ensure that your personal information is correct and kept current. A customer service representative would contact you to verify your personal information before any decisions are made or action is taken based on that information. We will keep your information as long as is necessary to continue to meet your needs as a customer and any legal requirements we may have. However, once your personal information is no longer needed, we will destroy it.

If your personal information changes, please update your profile inapp.dayschedule.com or inform us of the change and any other information you feel is necessary. Also, if your personal information is incorrect, then please notify us of the correct information.


Third-Party Access

We do not sell, trade, or rent User information to third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may engage trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services (e.g., cloud hosting, data storage etc). These providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of User information.

Data Retention

We retain User information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Agreement and comply with legal obligations. Once the information is no longer required, we will securely delete it.

All the appointments, calendar booking data is automatically deleted or archived after 3 years depending on thesubscription plan or enterprise agreement:

Enterprise3 YearsAppointment booking data is retained for 3 years from the date of the appointment. This longer retention period ensures availability of comprehensive historical records for auditing, regulatory compliance, or business analysis. After 3 years, the data is securely deleted or archived to S3.

Legal Compliance

DaySchedule may share your data if we believe disclosure is reasonable and necessary to comply with laws, regulations, legal requests, judicial requests, or governmental requests, and to enforce or investigate possible violations of our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, or otherwise address security or technical issues that may lead to possible violations.

With your consent. We may share some or all of your information to any other third party with your affirmative consent. For instance, we display personal testimonials of happy customers in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. We may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to enhance the User experience and collect usage data. Users can manage their cookie preferences through their web browser settings

Essential cookies. We may use essential cookies to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts.

Limited use policy

This Limited Use Policy governs data obtained via third-party APIs (e.g. Google, Zoom). Information is strictly utilized for designated purposes and won't be disclosed, stored longer than needed, or used beyond original intent. Adherence to API providers' terms and privacy guidelines is ensured.

Dayschedule use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere toGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.


Changes to the Agreement:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the DaySchedule after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated Agreement.
